Turon (Plantain Egg Rolls)
Filipino-style, fried plantain egg rolls have been my favorite dessert since I was a child. Crispy, sugary shells with soft and warm plantains inside. They are a breeze to make when you have everything set up in advance. They can be frozen in bulk and fried without any defrosting.
Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Bake
This main entree comes together fast with a handful of ingredients, once you make the sauce. MyCottage Cheese Alfredo Saucemakes the dish both lighter and higher in protein.
Extra Work Peanut Butter Fudge
This extra work peanut butter fudge takes constant vigilance, but it is worth the effort. It's a rich, creamy, genuine recipe, without marshmallow cream or brown sugar. To make other flavors, replace peanut butter with white chocolate chips and any flavor extract of your choice.
