These haystack cookies are very easy to make with oats, flaked coconut, cocoa powder, and peanuts for a no-bake treat! They're easy to customize by adding different nuts. We like to drizzle melted chocolate and festive sprinkles on top.
Ingredients
- 2 cups white sugar
- 0.33 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
- 0.5 cups milk
- 0.5 cups butter
- 3.5 cups quick cooking oats
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 0.5 cups chopped peanuts
- 1 pinch salt

Gather all ingredients.

Bring sugar, cocoa, milk, and butter to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat.

Stir in oats, coconut, nuts and salt. Drop quickly from teaspoon on wax paper. Let cool.
