Queso (Cheese) Dip
This is the best queso dip! Being from Texas, I know my queso, and I think this is the one that beats them all! It's full of flavor and uses all fresh ingredients. You can substitute half-and-half for the heavy whipping cream if desired. Serve with tortilla chips.
Sheet Pan Hawaiian Chicken
This sheet pan Hawaiian chicken dinner is a wonderful way to "eat the rainbow" by incorporating colorful fruit and vegetables. Chicken and vegetables are tossed in a sweet pineapple, ginger, and garlic sauce before baking, and again afterward.
Grilled Lamb Shoulder Chops with Fresh Mint Jelly
This lamb shoulder chop recipe includes the classic pairing of grilled lamb chops with homemade mint jelly which is a delicious combination. I marinade the lamb shoulder in pomegranate juice with garlic and rosemary for a fantastic flavor.
