- 12 cherrys tomatoes , halved
- 1 red bell pepper , chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper , chopped
- 1 green bell pepper , chopped
- 2 zucchini , sliced
- 2 reds onions , quartered
- 2 cloves garlic , crushed and peeled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
- ground black pepper to taste
