These herb and lemon cucumber bites with cream cheese are bursting with the vibrant flavors of fresh herbs and lemon, perfect for a nice brunch or afternoon tea.
Ingredients
- 1 English cucumber
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon chives
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 0.5 teaspoons garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoons lemon zest
- salt and pepper to taste

Trim ends off cucumber and peel alternating strips to create a striped design down the length of the cucumber. Slice into 24 rounds, at least 1/4-inch thick, and place on a serving platter.

In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, dill, chives, parsley, garlic powder, and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper.

Place mixture into a small resealable bag and snip off a corner. Pipe mixture onto cucumber slices. Serve immediately.
