This is my version of honey butter. I couldn't find a recipe so I started experimenting. This is what I came up with, and the family absolutely loves it!

- 0.75 cups butter , room temperature
- 0.25 cups honey

Beat butter and honey together in a bowl until smooth and creamy.

Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Bring to room temperature before serving for easy spreading.
