Touchdown Pizza
My favorite sports pub serves this, and I've come up with a simple and delicious home version. Many local restaurants sell wing sauce, and most grocery stores carry it near the steak and BBQ sauces. It's rich, so serve in squares as an appetizer. Serve ranch dressing, celery, and carrot sticks on the side. Enjoy!
Roasted Cauliflower "Rice"
Cauliflower rice is a great low-calorie dish to have in your arsenal especially if you are eating low-carb. Super low in carbs, yet such a satisfying dish you will forget it's made from a vegetable and not a grain. There are two reasons I opted for roasted riced cauliflower in place of sauteed: 1) more flavor and 2) better texture.
Peach Burrata Salad
This salad with fresh juicy peach slices and creamy burrata cheese is drizzled with a sweet and tart balsamic reduction. Top with fresh basil leaves for an easy, impressive salad perfect for summer.
