This is a great strawberry romaine summer salad recipe that features fresh romaine, onions, strawberries, and a sweet poppy seed dressing.
Ingredients
- 1 head romaine lettuce , torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1 red onion , sliced
- 1 pint fresh strawberries , sliced
- 1 can mandarin oranges , 11 ounce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons maraschino cherry juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 0.13 teaspoons lemon juice
