These honey baked apples are stuffed with cranberries and glazed with a mixture of honey and brown sugar for an extra-special treat that makes the house smell great, too!
Ingredients
- 6 greens apples
- 1.5 cups fresh cranberries
- 2.25 cups water
- 0.75 cups packed brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 6 scoopss vanilla ice cream

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Core apples and remove peel from the top third of each; transfer to a baking dish. Fill core holes with cranberries.

Bring water, brown sugar, and honey to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally to dissolve sugar and honey if necessary. Pour honey mixture over apples.

Bake in the preheated oven, for 1 hour, basting with the juices every 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
