Pork Fried Rice
This pork fried rice recipe is my revised version of another recipe. The pork and vegetables are seasoned with garlic and ginger. I have also added celery in the past with good outcomes. I have used both basmati rice and long-grain rice which gives the dish only a slight flavor difference.
Beef and Chorizo Chili
We have been looking for chorizo recipes. We fell in love with this sausage, and there just are not many recipes for it. My kids ate this on their hot dogs, and, before I knew, it the entire pot was gone.
Carrot Cake Energy Balls
These tasty, no-bake energy balls have all the flavor of carrot cake thanks to carrots, walnuts, coconut flakes, and fragrant spices. I add dried fruit for some natural sweetness so there's no need to add sugar. Perfect for that little boost of energy when you need it most!
