Onion Pan-Fried Pork Chops
I developed this recipe for onion pan-fried pork chops one day because I wanted something different from the same old pork chops (that is how my husband asked me to cook them that day). So I made this up quickly, and boy, did he love them. Now he asks for them every time. I do this with boneless and bone-in pork chops. So it doesn't matter what kind you have on hand, just cook them up and enjoy.

Beef Tamales
These beef tamales are just like the tamales my Abuelita used to make for special occasions. This recipe makes a lot, but if you're going to go through all the trouble of making tamales from scratch, you might as well have a party! You will need butchers' twine and a large pot with a steamer basket to make these.
