This hot honey roasted cauliflower, bold and flavorful, is an easy side dish to make, and takes only 3 ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons hot honey or to taste

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment. Break cauliflower into small florets; slice any larger chunks into bite-sized pieces.

Pour hot honey, olive oil, and salt into a gallon-sized resealable plastic bag. Knead mixture to combine. Add cauliflower and toss until well coated. Pour cauliflower onto prepared baking sheet; spread out evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes; remove from oven and turn cauliflower pieces over. Continue baking until tender and caramelized, 15 to 20 minutes more. Serve immediately.
