Monkey C Juice
A great Vitamin C and potassium boost, and only 2 ingredients! This is a copycat of one of my favorite Robeks juices that has unfortunately been retired. Make sure to use freshly-squeezed juice, otherwise the flavor just isn't the same with store-bought.
Basil Pecan Pesto
I developed this basil pecan pesto recipe over a summer of trial and error and prefer it to all other pesto recipes! I like the taste of pecans over pine nuts, which are often used in pesto recipes.
Tiramisu
This delicious tiramisu made with homemade mascarpone custard (no raw eggs), layers of whipped cream, and rum and coffee-soaked ladyfingers is an impressive Italian dessert. Dust the top of the tiramisu with cocoa powder before serving.
