Mom's Beef Shish Kabobs
This shish kabob is made with chunks of marinated beef, mushrooms, and vegetables and cooked on the grill. This recipe is the one my mom has cooked for as long as I remember. She would probably be upset that I shared the recipe, but it is so delicious that I think everyone should have a chance to experience it!
Megan's Granola
This granola recipe with toasted oats, wheat germ, nuts, and seeds is absolutely wonderful. My daughter and I came up with this combination after we tried many granola recipes. This tops them all! Several of my children, who typically don't care for granola, love it.
Banana Nut Coconut Cake
The melding of banana, coconut and pecans give this cake a unique flavor. Best if made a day before serving.
