Ingredients
- 24 large tomatoes - peeled , seeded and chopped
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 0.5 cups chopped onion
- 0.25 cups chopped green bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 2 teaspoons dried basil

Combine tomatoes, celery, onion, bell pepper, sugar, and basil together in a large saucepan over medium heat. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
