Easy Air Fryer Whole Chicken
Using an air fryer to cook a whole chicken is the way to go. You'll end up with super crispy skin on all sides and even the white meat stays tender and juicy. Don't skip the resting step as this allows the juice to absorb back into the meat.
Easy Spinach Lentil Soup
This lentil soup is easy and delicious. Though the recipe calls for carrots, potatoes, and spinach, add any other vegetables you love.
Air Fryer Spicy Roasted Peanuts
These air fryer peanuts are crunchy, spicy, and salty. I like to portion them into plastic zip bags to take to work as an afternoon snack.
