Every time there is a party or any type of gathering, I'm asked to bring a loaf of my homemade banana bread. It's always the first to go and I'm always jotting down the recipe afterwards for friends. It's simple, quick and delicious!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x4 inch loaf pan.
-
2
In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Beat in the egg and mashed bananas. Mix in flour, baking soda and salt just until combined. Pour into prepared loaf pan.

Homemade Pastrami
Great pastrami is not the easiest thing to find west of the Catskills, so a few years ago, I embarked on a mission to find a way to make homemade pastrami using corned beef. My goal was to devise a reasonable substitute that could be done in less than a day at home, without a smoker or any other special equipment. Impossible? No!
Air Fryer Crispy Onions
These air fryer crispy onions are delicious over steaks, in burgers, or just as a side dish, plus this might be the easiest way to achieve golden, crispy onions ever.
Barbecued Pork Skewers
These BBQ pork skewers are perfect for summer entertaining. When you're in the mood for barbecued pork, you have two options: pork ribs or a slowly smoked pork shoulder made into pulled pork. But what if you want something different? In that case, these BBQ pork skewers come highly recommended. And no, we're not just sticking chunks of pork on a stick! This is way more advanced and way more delicious. Garnish with thinly sliced green onion and drizzle with extra barbecue sauce if you like.
