I created my Jayme's sweet summer berry dessert recipe after buying too many fresh berries, simply because they looked so inviting. Perfect for large gatherings, picnics (bring wet-naps and wipes; trust me), or appetizer-type parties, and very simple to make; everyone will love it. You can substitute blackberries, banana slices, or any fruit of your choice. Careful with the blueberries, though, they may stain!
Ingredients
- 1 container frozen whipped topping , 12 ounce
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk , 5 ounce
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 cups chopped fresh strawberries
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
-
1
Combine whipped toping and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl. Gently fold in 1 ¾ cup each blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries. Top with remaining ¼ cup each blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries.
-
2
Garnish with mint; chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Good and Easy Sloppy Joes
I used this recipe a great deal because it was so easy and good. It originally came from my grandma's 1950s recipe collection.
Sweet and Spicy Roasted Almonds
These sweet and spicy roasted almonds are not your typical roasted almonds. These have a little kick from chili powder and depth from more cinnamon than most recipes.
