Vietnamese Sandwich
While teaching English in Asia for the past several years, I've been lucky to exchange some delicious and genuine recipes with local people. The garlic chili sauce is typical in Asian sections of markets, but you can substitute it with Indonesian sambal or Korean chili paste. Beer or red wine is the beverage to serve with this bona fide French-influenced Vietnamese recipe.
