Applesauce Zucchini Bread
This is my first attempt at making zucchini bread with applesauce, and I must admit, it's a winner. I loved having a breakfast bread with my coffee. I had an extra loaf and took it to church to give to my ladies' group — they loved it, too!
Chocolate Almond Fudge
Rich chocolate flavor in a creamy fudge enhanced by the crunchy, nutty flavor of almonds. Add this to a holiday dessert table for rave reviews.
Louisiana Crawfish Étouffée
Crawfish étouffée is a Cajun classic. Here in Louisiana, there's nothing better to make during crawfish season. You can substitute shrimp when crawfish are out of season. It's even better when served with hot garlic French bread! Start cooking the rice first since this is a quick dish.
