With this London broil recipe, the marinade is so flavorful you'll skip the steak sauce.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic , minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 0.5 teaspoons dried oregano

Gather all ingredients.
-
2
Mix soy sauce, ketchup, vegetable oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano together in a small bowl.

Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil the grate.
