ESER's Balsamic Salad Dressing
Eser's great balsamic salad dressing. Store leftover dressing in a shakable sealed container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
Tamarind Agua Fresca
Try this tamarind agua fresca (tamarindo) recipe for a refreshing drink. It's one of my favorites. The tamarind is both sweet and sour. You can find tamarind concentrate in most Mexican or Asian markets. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
Colorado Buffalo Chili
This spicy chili recipe uses ground buffalo. To step up the heat, use different peppers and experiment with the seasonings. This gets even better if you let it sit overnight. The chili is so good you'll need to find another way to use up your cheese and crackers.
