Armenian Pizzas (Lahmahjoon)
This is a dish my Uncle is famous for, but he has never written the recipe down. Through years of trial and error, I think I have pretty much got it as close as I can! Don't be too exact with your spices though, just flavor as you go to your own tastes--personally, I never measure mine out. These pizzas are great to put in the fridge overnight and grab as a quick lunch the next day with a dollop of plain yogurt on top!
Instant Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies
Be warned: These breakfast cookies are addictive. I took a basic oatmeal cookie recipe and pumped it up. It has whole wheat flour so it's filling and excellent as a breakfast cookie. I gave a friend this recipe and her family can't get enough. Incredible flavor!
Easy Acai Smoothie Bowl
This acai smoothie bowl is a delicious breakfast. My kids like it, so I sweeten it with honey, but you can also use agave for a vegan version or not sweeten it at all. Top the smoothie bowls with some granola for crunch, nuts, or other berries of your choosing.
