Turkish Doner Kebab
This doner kebab is so tasty — I'm sure once you try it, you'll want to make it again and again! Serve with lightly toasted pita or flatbread, chili sauce, and a salad of shredded cabbage, carrot, onion, and sliced cucumber. It's easy to make in advance, slice and freeze for whenever you get that craving!
Spiced Olives
Serve with charcuterie, garnish for a salad, drop a couple in a martini, or simply serve as an hors d'oeuvre. Put in a pretty jar tied with a strand of ribbon, and you'll have an awesome hostess gift.
Empanada Filling
This is my grandmother's recipe for Peruvian beef empanada filling. Use homemade pie crust or, in a pinch, refrigerated pie crust to make these Peruvian turnovers. Lightly dust powdered sugar over the baked empanadas and serve with lime wedges for authentic flair.
