Ingredients
- 16 large fresh button mushrooms
- 16 cherrys tomatoes
- 0.5 cups thickly sliced zucchini
- 0.5 cups sliced red bell pepper
- 0.5 cups sliced yellow bell pepper
- 0.5 cups sliced yellow squash
- 0.5 cups sliced red onion
- 0.5 cups olive oil
- 0.5 cups soy sauce
- 0.5 cups lemon juice
- 0.5 cloves garlic , crushed

Place mushrooms, tomatoes, zucchini, bell peppers, squash, and red onion into a large bowl.

Mix together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, and garlic in a small bowl. Pour over vegetables; toss to coat. Cover the bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Preheat the grill for medium heat. Lightly oil the grates.

Cook marinated vegetables on the preheated grill until tender, 12 to 15 minutes.
