This mayo chicken is my favorite chicken recipe, which I learned while doing low-carb dieting. I prefer dark meat, so I use 4 legs and thighs. You can make this recipe with pork chops as well.
Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken , cut into 6 pieces
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic , crushed
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 0.5 cups grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
-
1
Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
-
2
Place chicken pieces into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
-
3
Stir together mayonnaise, garlic, rosemary, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
-
4
Spread mayonnaise mixture over chicken; top with Parmesan cheese.
-
5
Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 1 hour and 10 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

Deadly Delicious Lasagna
This is the most delicious lasagna recipe ever!
Zucchini Nut Cake
This zucchini nut cake recipe is a close recreation of a lost recipe from my mother, a zucchini cake with a baked-in caramel nut topping, similar in concept to an upside-down cake. Kids of all ages love it, and it is sure to be a favorite during zucchini season.
Loaded Bacon, Cheddar, and Ranch Potatoes
These loaded bacon, Cheddar, and ranch potatoes are the best you'll ever make, guaranteed! This recipe feeds a lot of people and it's a cinch to toss together. I took it to a potluck and the pan came home licked clean, literally! People were going back for seconds and thirds, and they were disappointed when it was all gone. These potatoes are so good, you just can't stop eating them! They go great with chicken, beef, or pork. Halve the recipe for a family of four.
