This mayo chicken is my favorite chicken recipe, which I learned while doing low-carb dieting. I prefer dark meat, so I use 4 legs and thighs. You can make this recipe with pork chops as well.
Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken , cut into 6 pieces
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic , crushed
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 0.5 cups grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
-
1
Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
-
2
Place chicken pieces into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
-
3
Stir together mayonnaise, garlic, rosemary, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
-
4
Spread mayonnaise mixture over chicken; top with Parmesan cheese.
-
5
Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 1 hour and 10 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

Kalbi (Korean BBQ Short Ribs)
Kalbi is a staple of Korean fine dining but is too expensive in restaurants. It is simple to make at home with beef short ribs and a sweet and savory sesame and soy sauce marinade. It's traditionally served sliced, rolled in romaine lettuce leaves with white rice, lightly browned garlic slices, and gochujang (Korean red pepper paste). Sure to leave your guests asking for more!
Bailik (buy-lick)
My Jewish great grandmother's recipe for chicken. Chicken is battered and breaded with a matzo coating that is seasoned with Hungarian paprika for a winning flavor.
Carrot Coffee Cake
This carrot coffee cake is a classic streusel coffee cake with a carrot cake profile. Nicely spiced and moist, with finely shredded carrots, walnuts, and a cream cheese glaze, it's just right for a spring brunch buffet.
