For this Mediterranean flatbread, spread ready-made flatbread with a layer of cream cheese, top with garlicky spinach, artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives, and feta, then bake briefly in a very hot oven. It's a quick, delicious appetizer built on convenience.

Ingredients

  • 1 piece flatbread
  • 1 package cream cheese , 3 ounce
  • 0.5 pounds frozen spinach
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.25 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoons dried dill
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 0.5 cups chopped fresh parsley
  • 5 marinateds artichoke hearts
  • 10 Kalamatas olives
  • 0.5 cups feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

  2. 2

Place flatbread in the center of the prepared pan and spread with cream cheese.

  3. 3

In a small bowl, combine spinach, garlic, nutmeg, and dill. Season with salt.

  6. 6

Bake in the preheated oven until heated through, 8 to 10 minutes.
