Ingredients

  • 1 chuck roast , 3 pound
  • 0.5 jars pepperoncini , 12 ounce
  • 0.5 jars pepperoncini juice , 12 ounce
  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix , 1 ounce
  • 1 package buttermilk ranch dressing mix , 0.4 oz
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

    Gather all ingredients.

    Combine chuck roast, pepperoncini, pepperoncini juice, butter, au jus mix, ranch dressing mix, salt, and pepper in a slow cooker.
