Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 package sliced white mushrooms , 8 ounce
- 2 cloves garlic , minced
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- ground black pepper to taste
Instructions

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms; cook and stir until mushrooms have softened and released their liquid, about 5 minutes.

Stir in garlic; continue to cook and stir for 1 minute. Pour in soy sauce; cook until liquid has evaporated, about 4 minutes.

Season with pepper.
