Light and fluffy angel food cake frosting. It has all the taste of a boiled frosting with very little effort! Sometimes I like to change it up a bit and use maple or peppermint extract instead of vanilla.

Blueberry Baked Oats
These blueberry baked oats are a tasty high-protein breakfast with a subtle dessert vibe. A blender mix with eggs, oats, and cottage cheese bake with blueberries on top in individual servings.
Raspberry Lemon Drop Martini
This raspberry lemon drop martini is similar to a standard lemon drop (which is, without a doubt my go-to drink on hot summer days!), but it's made with muddled fresh raspberries. I was inspired to create this recipe when my kids threw fresh home-grown raspberries into their lemonade. Tart, sweet, and refreshing, this cocktail is a winner.
