Donair
Donairs are a delicacy prevalent on the Canadian east coast, centered on the city of Halifax. These pita sandwiches are very delicious and simple to prepare. Make a double batch of the meatloaf and freeze the second loaf for later. The second loaf will be better — you can slice the cold meatloaf thin and fry in a hot pan as you need them.
Beef Birria Queso Tacos with Consommé
Birria tacos are so delicious and this recipe is my take on the world's most trendy taco. Seriously, when you make these, you'll understand what all the fuss is about. Start with a batch of my beef birria and use some of the sauce in these shredded beef tacos with cheese. A super savory, aromatic consommé is served on the side for dipping.

This recipe has been in my family for years and years. We make it at every holiday family get together and everyone loves it. It's a great refreshing fruit salad for every occasion, especially summer months and hot days.
