  • 0.75 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups butterscotch chips , divided
  • 1.5 cups quick-cooking rolled oats

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
