Instructions

1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease 2 baking sheets.

While the cookies are cooling, make the filling: Beat 1 cup confectioners' sugar, egg white, milk, and vanilla until combined. Beat in shortening and remaining 1 cup confectioners' sugar until light and creamy.
-
7
Spread filling onto 1/2 of the cooled cookies, then sandwich with remaining cookies.

Buffalo Ranch Chicken and Cheese Dip
This Buffalo ranch chicken dip is a creamy, hearty dip that works well for a gathering. It's a good option when you are serving close to mealtime, but don't want to prepare a full meal. I serve this with multigrain tortilla scoops.
Air Fryer Keto Garlic Cheese 'Bread'
This air fryer keto garlic cheese "bread" recipe has only four ingredients, is ready in 10 minutes, and tastes delicious — what more can you ask for? Once you let the bread cool it develops a "bread"-like texture.
Leslie's Irish Stew
While touring Ireland, our family ordered Irish stew at most of the many pubs and restaurants we ate at in order to determine what features we liked best in an Irish stew. This recipe is my attempt to recreate the flavor we preferred. The broth is made the day ahead and I like to use the slow cooker, but the recipe could be adapted for the oven or stovetop.
