Ingredients
- 0.5 cups rolled oats
- 0.25 cups grated carrots
- 0.25 cups chopped dates
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.25 cups raisins
- 0.25 cups honey

Combine oats and carrots in the bowl of a food processor; pulse until blended. Add dates, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla; blend again.

Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in raisins and honey. Roll into 8 balls.
