These one-bite balls are the perfect snack, and work great in kids' lunches or snacks.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cups rolled oats
  • 0.25 cups grated carrots
  • 0.25 cups chopped dates
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cups raisins
  • 0.25 cups honey

Instructions

    Combine oats and carrots in the bowl of a food processor; pulse until blended. Add dates, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla; blend again.

    Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in raisins and honey. Roll into 8 balls.
