This orange creamsicle shake is made with fresh frozen orange juice, sugar-free creamer, and sugar free whipped cream for a low calorie but oh-so-delicious shake.
Ingredients
- 1 cup orange juice
- 0.5 cups sugar-free French Vanilla creamer
- 0.75 cups sugar-free whipped cream
Instructions
-
1
Pour orange juice into the wells of an ice cube tray, and freeze until solid, about 4 hours.

-
3
Pour 1/3 of orange mixture into a glass. Top with 1/4 cup whipped cream. Repeat layers twice. Serve immediately.

Strawberry and Balsamic Homemade Gelato
Fresh strawberries and balsamic vinegar pair perfectly - even more so in this homemade Italian ice cream. I roast the strawberries in the oven for 30 minutes to release all their sweet juice.

Since many of the Italian grinder sandwich recipes are meant to feed a crowd, I paired it down to two sandwiches. The flavor is all there and is equally delicious the next day cold!
