This orange dressing for spinach salad can be made with all raw ingredients. It's great on a spinach salad with oranges or other lettuce-and-fruit salads.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 0.25 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 0.25 cups olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 0.5 teaspoons grated orange peel
- 0.25 teaspoons salt
- 0.13 teaspoons cayenne pepper

Combine parsley, orange juice, honey, olive oil, white wine vinegar, grated orange peel, salt, and cayenne pepper in a blender, and pulse until blended. Refrigerate mixture 4 hours for the best flavor. Shake gently just before serving.
