Crispy roasted potatoes flavored with olive oil, garlic, and herbs. A pleasing potato side dish for any meal!

Ingredients

  • 0.13 cups olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoons dried basil
  • 0.5 teaspoons dried marjoram
  • 0.5 teaspoons dried dill weed
  • 0.5 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 4 large potatoes , peeled and cubed

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 475 degrees F (245 degrees C).

    Combine oil, garlic, basil, marjoram, dill, thyme, oregano, parsley, pepper flakes, and salt in a large bowl.

    Stir in potatoes until evenly coated. Place potatoes in a single layer on a roasting pan or baking sheet.
