- 1 cup part skim milk ricotta cheese
- 0.75 cups finely chopped walnuts
- 0.5 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 0.5 cups dry bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 6 bonelesss chicken breast halves , with skin
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Lightly grease a large baking dish.

Mix ricotta cheese, walnuts, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, and oregano in a bowl.

Loosen the skin on the chicken breasts to form a pocket, and stuff with the ricotta cheese mixture.

Arrange chicken breasts in a single layer in the prepared baking dish, and brush with oil.
