- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup almond-coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
- 0.25 teaspoons ground cardamom
- 0.25 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 0.25 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 0.25 teaspoons ground ginger
- 0.25 teaspoons nutmeg

Combine oats, almond-coconut milk, chia seeds, coconut, cardamom, cinnamon, vanilla, ginger, and nutmeg in a serving bowl until well combined. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours to overnight.
