This is a quick recipe for moms who don't have much time, but have kids who need hearty meals to fill them up.
Spaghetti Alla Carbonara Tradizionali
This carbonara recipe comes from an Italian, unlike a lot of recipes out there for spaghetti alla carbonara. It's very true to what you'd find in Italy โ no cream, just eggs, and Pecorino Romano cheese is used, not Parmesan.
Make-Ahead Manicotti
I have used this basic principle for make-ahead manicotti and adapted it to make stuffed shells and lasagna. If I'm making lasagna, I buy a second, smaller jar of spaghetti sauce because I always feel like I need a bit more. Merry manicotti!
