This passion fruit fizz martini is a vibrant, effervescent cocktail that brings a taste of the tropics to your glass. You can find passionfruit pulp, with or without seeds, in the frozen aisle of most international markets.
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce passion fruit
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 0.5 ounces lime juice
- 1 cup ice

Instructions
-
1
In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, passion fruit pulp, simple syrup, lime juice and ice. Shake well until the outside of the shaker is frosted, about 15 seconds.
-

Oatmeal Cream Pie
This recipe comes from my in-laws and it is one of a kind! The texture is great and each slice holds together nicely. Very reminiscent of pecan pie without the nuts. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream or cold with some whipped cream on top! Warning: This pie is extremely sweet (and good that way)!
Carrot Cake with PHILLY Cream Cheese Icing
Enjoy! This moist cake is made with carrots and pineapple and frosted with a rich cream cheese icing.
Bing Cherry Salad
This is a salad my great grandma use to make and is one of my favorites to eat during the holiday season. Most people make this creamy by melting the cream cheese or dissolving it in the juice. We actually add small chunks of the cheese after the mix has cooled. So you have a clear gelatin with little white chunks in it. So good!
