Mix brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, vanilla, and salt together in a medium bowl until smooth. Stir in pecans; spoon mixture into each crust until 2/3 full.

Erika's Ginger Beef
Despite the prep work, this dish isn't too hard to make and it tastes amazing. Add more or less ginger and chiles to suit your taste. This is best served over rice.
Grain-Free Butter Bread
After some trepidation, I finally decided to grant the roughly 1,000 food wishes for a grain-free butter bread recipe. And it exceeded my expectations! Without wheat flour and yeast, it won't be true bread. But if you're off carbs, and have been dreaming about a nice slice of buttered toast with your eggs, this is well worth a try. It tastes relatively neutral, with a very subtle egginess and faint almond flavor, and a texture reminiscent of an extra moist and spongy white bread.
Extra Garlicky Garlic Knots
These are like the ones we used to get at our favorite pizza restaurant (until they closed). Fresh garlic, parsley, and cheese make these extra garlicky!
