Mojitos by the Pitcher
I have made this mojito recipe for people who have sworn that they dislike mojitos and they loved it! I believe it's the fresh ingredients and the use of sugar, instead of simple syrup, muddled together that makes this cocktail refreshing and delicious. It takes a little bit of work but the results are well worth it. Serve over ice.
Pineapple Upside-Down Cupcakes
This recipe is just like pineapple upside-down cake, but in cupcake form. They are just as good, yet smaller and healthier portions than a whole piece. Just be sure to eat them upside-down!
Grandpa Harry's Holiday Punch
My grandfather used to make a huge bowl of this punch every Christmas. The recipe has been in the family for generations and it is delicious! For best results, serve in a punch bowl with a block of ice. Refrigerate leftover (if there is any) in a covered pitcher.
