Ingredients

  • 1 package cream cheese , 8 ounce
  • 1 can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk , 14 ounce
  • 1 can frozen pink lemonade from concentrate , 6 ounce
  • 1 drop red food coloring , Optional
  • 1 container frozen whipped topping , 4 ounce
  • 1 baked pie crust , 9 inch
  • 0.5 cups coconut , tinted pink

Instructions

    Beat cream cheese in large bowl until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, lemonade concentrate, and food color, if desired.
