These slow cooker pork chops, like most slow cooker recipes, are tender and delicious.
Ingredients
- 6 bonelesss pork chops
- 0.5 cups soy sauce
- 0.25 cups ketchup
- 0.25 cups brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic , crushed
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- salt and pepper to taste

Place pork chops in a slow cooker.

Combine soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger, and pour over pork chops.
