Make-Ahead Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes
My mother gave me this make-ahead crockpot recipe for mashed potatoes after looking online for something to suit her taste. This was what she came up with. I usually make this the night before Thanksgiving or Christmas and store it in the refrigerator in my slow cooker crock. It frees up my holiday to enjoy with family, and it tastes delicious!
Apricot Glazed Ham
Apricot preserves and a hint of honey mustard make a wonderful glaze for your traditional Easter Ham (or any other special occasion).
Macaroons III
Simple soft, chewy recipe. You can add a lot of things or... nothing at all. I have never tried them chocolate covered but I am sure this recipe, after cooled, could be dipped in chocolate as well!
