Quick and easy pumpkin spice protein drink for those on the go. The protein powder will keep you full longer. You can substitute two tablespoons of peanut butter for the dates.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas , sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.5 cups canned pumpkin
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 dates , pitted
  • 0.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground cloves
  • 1 pinch ground ginger
