Fresh avocados are tossed with delicious fresh veggies, drizzled with lime juice, and seasoned with salt and pepper.
Ingredients
- 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 green bell pepper , chopped
- 1 red onion , chopped
- 1 white onion , chopped
- 2 tablespoons bacon bits
- 2 avocadoss - peeled , pitted, and sliced
- ยฝ lime , juiced
- salt and ground black pepper to taste

Toss lettuce, bell pepper, red onion, white onion, and bacon bits together in a bowl; top with avocado. Drizzle lime juice over the salad and toss gently to coat with the juice. Season salad with salt and pepper.

Bok choy is in the cabbage family, and is very popular in China. In this recipe, it is shredded to resemble a coleslaw, but that is where the resemblance to that creamy classic ends.
