This blackened fish is cooked in a hot cast iron pan until charred and packed with flavor. This recipe calls for trout, but catfish or red snapper would be equally good. Be sure to have a well-ventilated kitchen!
Swedish Ground Almond Spritz Cookies
This is an authentic Swedish Almond Spritz recipe handed down through the family from Swedish Ancestors. It's the only recipe I've ever know that includes real almonds and not just almond flavoring. It's a delectable cookie!
Pork and Wild Rice Casserole
This casserole recipe is a delicious way to use wild rice. Works great prepared a day ahead and reheated for 20 minutes at serving time. Season your ground pork if you don't buy it pre-seasoned. Fresh Italian sausage can also be used, just cut open the casing.
