- 0.25 cups quinoa
- 1 can black beans , 15 ounce
- 0.5 cups bread crumbs
- 0.25 cups minced yellow bell pepper
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1 large clove garlic , minced

- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce , such as Frank's RedHot®
- 0.5 teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

-
3
Add olive oil to a large skillet and heat on medium.
-
4
Cook patties until heated through and lightly browned, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
