This yummy ramen noodle coleslaw with cabbage and almonds has a light vinaigrette dressing and is nothing like the mayonnaise-based slaws that most people think of.
Ingredients
- 0.5 medium head cabbage , shredded
- 5 greens onions , chopped
- 1 package chicken flavored ramen noodles , 3 ounce
- 0.25 cups sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Combine cabbage, green onions, and crushed ramen noodles in a large salad bowl; set aside.

Spread almonds and sesame seeds evenly onto a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, make dressing: Whisk together vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, pepper, and seasoning packet in a medium bowl.
